Guilty pleasure? Oh yeah. For some reason the animation got worse since the 2nd film, but that just makes it even more charming and enjoyable.
The Silencerz intro is cinematic perfection. It's an ethereal, monolithic, transcendent experience...the best part is, I can't tell if I'm being sarcastic anymore.
Taro is still the most consistently awesome character in the series. Wylde is still an annoying piece of garbage. Vert was my favorite character, and now I can't stand him. The character that I think got shafted the worst since The World Race, is Kurt, he's shockingly dull, and when his old cocky personality comes back, it's really jarring. Like he's taunting Wylde and trying to make him angry, and I thought to myself, where is this coming from? That's the old Kurt talking.
I hope y'all are ready for my deep dive into the series, because once I rewatch Ultimate Race, we're going in.
