Melissa Kitchen: My site was basically a welcome page that was not set up to collect addresses and information on potential clients. It was not interactive and did not offer any content or value for them.

I also needed a better way to send out my monthly e-newsletter and wanted the design to fit with my brand. I was manually collecting emails and sending out my newsletter from my email each month with no information to track it’s effectiveness.

My brand was new and my old site did not reflect it well.

Rachel: What made you decide to work with Indra Successful Coach Marketing?

Melissa Kitchen: They came highly recommended by a coach I was working with and when I began exploring their site and the other sites they had created I felt they had both the artistic as well as technological experience to really help me play big. I spoke to Rachel and could feel her energy and enthusiasm right away. I found their specific experience working with coaches invaluable, as she got my vision and knew where to take. Rachel is a great coach herself. She knew the questions to ask and was a great listener. She heard me and the final product shows that!

Rachel: What did you like about working with Indra Successful Coach Marketing?

Melissa Kitchen: Loved collaborating with Rachel in the beginning design process. Also appreciated the support that comes individually, but also through teleclasses and tutorials through Helping Hands for Coaches. The vision for my site evolved as we worked on it, and Rachel and Nirzhar were always available and open to questions and design ideas. One of the best parts was the enthusiasm that Rachel had as I shared ideas for my business and site. She came up with some great ideas that were perfect for me and my business.

Another invaluable service was the education I received on all the technology I was going to be using including Facebook, membership sites, Wordpress and icontact. Rachel walked me through step by step so I could update everything on my own. I stumbled a bit, but knew I could go to them for help.

Rachel: What are the specific benefits you have received from working together? For example: Increased income, time, skill, or Less stress confusion, expense?

Melissa Kitchen: Increased mailing list, reaching clients internationally, confidence that I can bring my business to a higher level. The site is amazing and I’m proud to share it with people. I am spending less time on my newsletter. I love blogging. I am at a totally different skill level than when I first started working with Indra. Rachel took the time to show each step to me and helped answer questions when I got stuck. Now technology is working for me.

Rachel: And how is this impacting your business and or life?

Melissa Kitchen: My business has been impacted immensely. The site along with the membership forum we designed for teachers has helped me fulfill a passion I have had to help teachers find balance. I had the ideas and the content, but Indra helped make them a beautiful reality. The beauty of the site draws people in and the technology and professionalism of it keeps them there. Now I am able to take this dream leaps forward and think big. It’s an amazing evolution.
